It was one year ago that I started this blog.
I had opened the account back in 2007 but
left it empty until one year ago.

What I thought would be difficult has been easy and vice versa.
But it has been such a fun, informative, and educational experience. One thing I told myself was that no matter what,
I was going to do it for one year and
I am proud that I kept that promise to myself.
I was going to do it for one year and
I am proud that I kept that promise to myself.
Time does go quick.
Glad I did it last year otherwise I would still have it on my to do list.
Last week CarolinCairns gave me a Sunshine award so it is lovely timing to coincide for the one year mark.
I did a quiet and unpublicized giveaway for readers who already follow the blog as a thank you.
I was so sneaky that I didn't even publicize what it was!
For that reason, I didn't get many punters.
The chances were very good indeed.
I have 10 winners.
Congratulations to the following:
Heidi from Adelaide Villa, Dani from DaniBP MOP Philosophy, Slapdashmama, Louise from Ingredients of Style,
Meg from Pigtown Design, Jody from About Last Weekend,
Blue Booby, and readers Abby, Sue, Grace!
Please email me your addresses or I will contact you as it is Xmas time and you may not be reading this.
Just a warning that I won't send asap -
probably after Xmas if you don't mind?

13 is my rationale for a baker's dozen as my anniversary is 12/12.
So I have three more items that I am offering as the official and public one year anniversary giveaway!
The items are...
Hermes Petit H charms ( not for sale but only given with purchase)
Quite cute no?
Even if I do say so myself.
You can use these as a Xmas tree ornament, bookmark, or a bag charm.
The choice is yours.
I went to the Petit H exhibition and they were giving some charms for clients as a gift with purchase.
Each Petit H exhibition had different charms.

ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your blog's one year anniversary. Oooops missed out on that one, I thought leaving a comment meant automatic entry, so I'll try again.....here's my comment for entry. I don't drink tea and I hate pets and I actually hate the rain, but I do love the idea of the umbrella because it's quirky and like you say represents the UK xx
ReplyDelete@Dani congrats!

DeleteHi, hi! Congrats again, love your blog. Of course I'm a follower/regular reader but was just away during your sneak. The charms are charming, love tea, dogs and umbrellas, but if I do win and the postage to California is ridiculous, please do pass on to someone closer in distance to you. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you! But don't worry they are light as a feather so not to worry! Good luck Tiffany :)
